About Us
Launched in 2006 Thatch Ltd is run by Andrew Johnston. A registered architect, Andrew spent seven years in the construction industry before making the switch to product design. With a childhood spent scattered through the Pacific Andrew has spent time in Singapore, Rarotonga, New Caledonia and Fiji…..his accent still hasn’t recovered. Memories of the pacific often act as inspiration for the designs he creates. This is evident in the ‘lightness’ of all of his work.
